Amaury Guichon was hired to run the Lenôtre boutique and school in Cannes when he had completed his training. At the age of 21, he started to work as an executive pastry chef at the Hugo & Victor patisserie and chocolate shop.
He was also seen on the France 2 reality cooking series Who will be the next great pastry chef? as a contestant. In 2014, he relocated to the USA to work at Jean-Philippe Maury’s Patisserie in Las Vegas.
