Dominik Livaković began his career in football in 2012 when he became a part of NK Zagreb’s first team as the club’s second-choice goalkeeper.
Soon, he became the club’s number one and had made a total of 104 league appearances over four seasons. In 2016, he joined Dinamo Zagreb and made his first appearance in the UEFA Champions League.
His international career began in May 2016 when he was approached by the Croatia national football team for their friendly match against Moldova.
Later, he made it to the list of Croatia’s preliminary 32-man squad for the 2018 FIFA World Cup in Russia and eventually became part of the team that finished runners-up and lost the final against France.
