In 2011, Freya Mavor made her professional acting debut in the E4 drama Skins in the role of Mini McGuinness. With her debut, she also received her first nomination for Best Actress at the TV Choice Awards.
She made her film debut with the romantic comedy Not Another Happy Ending. Later, she emerged as the face of Pringle of Scotland for its 2011 spring/summer campaign.
