In 2018, Rema started his music career in churches with Alpha. While his video on D’Prince’s track “Gucci Gang” went viral, he was offered a record deal by D’Prince.
He signed a record deal with D’Prince’s Jonzing World and made an entry into the industry. A year later, he released his self-titled debut EP “Rema” which reached number 1 on Apple Music Nigeria.
