An American actor, comedian, and writer, Charlie Murphy was well recognized as a writer and cast member of the Comedy Central sketch-comedy series, “Chappelle’s Show”.
He gained much popularity and fame throughout the time with his appearance in this show and the show was named to be one of the “TV’s Top 100 Shows”.
He was also famous for being the older brother of popular actor and comedian, Eddie Murphy. Before his death, his last role was in the 2016 comedy horror film ‘Meet the Blacks’.

As of his career, she started her career as an executive producer of the hip-hop band, “K-9 Posse”‘ and in 1989, made his official debut with the comedy crime film, “Harlem Nights”. In 1990, he played a supporting role in the musical drama film, “Mo Better Blues” and then appeared in the 1993 comedy movie, ‘CB4’.
