Tyson Smith, professionally known as Kenny Omega, is a Canadian professional wrestler. He is better known for being an executive vice president of All Elite Wrestling (AEW).
He is well-recognized as one of the best professional wrestlers in the world who held the IWGP Heavyweight Championship and the IWGP Intercontinental Championship among other titles and was the inaugural IWGP United States Heavyweight Champion.
Omega was inducted into the Wrestling Observer Newsletter Hall of Fame in 2020 and won the G1 Climax after which he became the first and only non-Japanese professional wrestler to do so. He has come a long way starting his career in the year 2001 and is still active in the wrestling field.

Career / Fashion And Style
As of his career, he started his career by debuting in the Winnipeg-based promotion Premier Championship Wrestling in 2001. In 2003 and 2004, he won PCW Heavyweight Championship and the PCW Tag Team Championship respectively.
In October 2005, Omega was sent to Deep South Wrestling (DSW) where omega was offered a developmental contract but after a year omega requested to release him from the contract. Before deciding to return to professional wrestling, he entered a few Brazilian jiu-jitsu tournaments and also intended to forge a career in mixed martial arts.
On 8th March 2008, Omega competed for Jersey All Pro Wrestling and holds the title of JAPW Heavyweight Championship. In August 2008, he was invited to Japan to wrestle Ibushi by DDT which was accepted by Omega.
After that, he along with Ibushi formed a tag team named, Golden☆Lovers. He competed in a match against a nine-year-old girl named Haruka in 2011 after which he received death threats. During the 2008 Battle of Los Angeles, he appeared for Pro Wrestling Guerrilla (PWG). He lost to Bryan Danielson at PWG’s hundredth show on April 12, 2009.
On 25th July 2008, he appeared for the promotion Ring of Honor (ROH) where he lost to Delirious and after that, he lost to Prince Devitt in September 2010 in New Japan Pro-Wrestling (NJPW). He defeated Hiroshi Tanahashi to win the vacant IWGP Intercontinental Championship, at The New Beginning in Niigata on 14th February 2016.
He appeared at the independent event All In in September 2018. At the end of January 2019, he departed NJPW after his contract expired and signed a four-year contract with All Elite Wrestling (AEW) in February 2019. He was defeated by Moxley in an unsanctioned Lights Outmatch in the main event of Full Gear on November 9.
With the help of Don Callis, he defeated Jon Moxley to win the AEW World Championship for the first time. He defeated Swann in a Winner Takes All match to retain his AEW World Championship at Impact Wrestling’s Rebellion pay-per-view in April 2021.
He defeated Fenix to win the title at Héroes Inmortales XIII. he defended the title against Dragon Lee at Triplemanía Regia on 1st December. He successfully retained the championship against Laredo Kid at Triplemanía XXVIII on 12th December 2020.
